Check-in: None required. As most of you know, we have had automated check-ins for the last few years. We will not only continue this but will now solely rely on “no contact” check in.  All guests will receive welcome texts with their specific door code to access their room. Please make sure you put your cell phone # on your reservation. In the event that we can’t get a hold of you, instructions will also be posted outside the office door.

We will use the credit card on file to pay the balance of your stay. Should you choose another credit card to use, please let us know. We will do an over the phone transaction to run your card. Receipts will be emailed to you.

 Access to the office will be very limited. We will rely on texting and the office phone. Remember, we live on the property- there is no concern if you need something. No worries. And when we see you outside, we will remain 10 feet away. 😊

Cleaning/sanitation: We are proud to have a good reputation for cleanliness and it has always been a priority. We will continue these high standards and have incorporated the guidelines from the CDC and MN Department of Health. We are using cleaning solutions approved by the CDC.  In addition, we have joined industry leaders using fogging machines to sanitize rooms after each stay with a hospital grade/CDC approved disinfectant​

Housekeeping:  Daily housekeeping service will no longer be available this year. If you need additional supplies, please text or call the office.  We will place a bag outside your door with the supplies requested (towels, coffee, cups, toilet paper etc)  For towel changes, we will provide a laundry bag for you to put the used towels in and ask that you set it outside your door.

Room staggering:  In an effort to reduce people and turnover, we are staggering room/nights to the best of our ability. Some cases, including existing reservations may not allow for this. This is rare. Please call if you are concerned. ALL rooms are for fogged with CDC recommended Bioesque disinfectant before/after every stay.
